VINIFICATION AND MATURATION:
The grapes were harvested with the utmost care. The attention given in the vineyard as well as the subsequent cellar processes contributed to ensuring a high quality level. From the moment they entered the cellar, the grapes and consequently the musts were processed avoiding contact with oxygen as much as possible. The pressing cycles were chosen to allow a gentle extraction of the musts. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in steel tanks and a small part in French oak barriques, all at controlled temperature. At the end of its production process, Pomino Bianco remained ageing in the bottle. Only after this additional period was it ready to reveal its structure and its explosion of freshness to the public.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Pomino Bianco 2024 stands out for a wonderful intense straw yellow colour. The nose is characterised by floral notes reminiscent of hawthorn, white wisteria and magnolia, as well as fruity scents such as apple, pear and fresh citrus notes. On the palate, an interesting creamy sensation given by the partial fermentation in wood, accompanied by a beautiful freshness, sapidity and minerality. The taste-olfactory response is lovely.
