Origin and soil
The grapes used for this wine come from Premier Cru vineyards, located mainly in Avenay Val d'Or. The average age of the vines is 35 years.
Vinification
Hand-harvested, vinified in steel tanks, lightly cold-filtered. Aged on the lees for 30-36 months. Brut, 6 g/l.
