VINIFICATION
Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration on the skins takes place. The
grapes are then gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently, it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine then matures for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers.
TASTING NOTES
The Gewürztraminer reveals all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious
shades of bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this
grape variety are reflected in its bouquet with intense aromatic notes, ranging from
rose petals, flowers, to spices. On the palate, it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance, and an intense finish.

GRAPE VARIETY: Obtained from pure Muller Thurgau grapes
CULTIVATION: Obtained from selected grapes in the best hilly areas of Trentino.
PAIRING: Muller Thurgau Terrazze della Luna is perfect as an aperitif, pairs well with freshwater fish dishes, vegetable savoury tarts, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. Also ideal with light starters and Alpine cuisine dishes.

The Müller Thurgau from Abbazia di Novacella is a white wine that embodies the history and tradition of Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC. The Müller Thurgau grapes grow at 900 metres above sea level on moraine soils, in a setting of extraordinary beauty. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, as does maturation, which preserves its freshness and aromatic character.
Grape variety: 100% Müller Thurgau.
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish highlights, on the nose it offers a delicate bouquet of white flowers, citrus and green apple. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury and mineral, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, salads and fresh cheeses.

Kerner Abbazia di Novacella, Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC, comes from a fine grape variety grown in the Bressanone basin. The vineyards, located at high altitude on mineral-rich morainic soils, give the wine a distinctive savouriness. Vinification and ageing in stainless steel preserve the freshness and varietal aromas of the Kerner grape.
Blend: 100% Kerner.
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel
Tasting notes: Bright straw-yellow in colour, it reveals intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and mineral notes. Fresh, savoury and juicy on the palate.
Pairings: Perfect with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif too.

Deep straw yellow, on the nose it expresses a bouquet releasing fine aromas of lime blossom, pear and banana. On the palate it is full, balanced, rich in extract, characterised by a finish of excellent persistence.
