The Genziana Cutina liqueur is produced according to the traditional Abruzzese recipe.
The roots of Greater Gentian are macerated in white wine for a period of around 40 days. Subsequently, they are removed from the maceration and its “infusion” is improved with water, sugar and alcohol.
The whole is left to mature for around 15–20 days before being bottled.

Liquore Di Genziana La Classica, thanks also to its low alcohol content, is delicate on the palate, without neglecting its unmistakable bitter and dry flavour.
