Grape: 100% Primitivo | Puglia I.G.P. Rosato
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vinification: Maceration of the grapes for 24 hours at 7°C, gentle pressing of the skins and cold settling of the must. The fermentation is slow and steady and is carried out at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
Maturation and ageing: Ageing sur lie for 4 months and bottle ageing for 1 month.
Characteristic notes: On the nose, complex ripe and fresh red fruit (cherry and sour cherry), with citrus and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and savoury, supported by good acidity. Soft finish.

Tasting notes
Bright antique pink colour with a broad bouquet of fresh, citrus aromas; on the palate it is intense, fresh, smooth and savoury.
Serving temperature
8/9° C to bring out its distinctive fruity flavour.
