Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vinification: Maceration of the grapes for 24 hours at 7°C, gentle pressing of the skins and cold settling of the must. The fermentation is slow and steady and is carried out at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
Maturation and aging: Sur lie aging for 4 months and bottle aging for 1 month.
Characteristic notes: On the nose, complex ripe and fresh red fruit (cherry and sour cherry), with citrus and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and savory, supported by good acidity. Soft finish.
