Rosso di Valtellina Nino Negri: the Alpine adventure begins
Rosso di Valtellina DOC Nino Negri is a Nebbiolo grown among the Alps that offers an introduction to discovering great mountain reds. The Nino Negri winery produces it with a short maceration and aging both in Slavonian oak, to soften the tannins, and in steel, to preserve its freshness.

Blend: 100% Nebbiolo.

Aging: 4 months in oak barrels, 2 months in steel.

Tasting notes: Bright ruby red, it shows a fresh bouquet with notes of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry. On the palate it is dry, savory, and pleasantly light, with delicate tannins and a pleasant freshness.

Pairings: With local cured meats and cheeses (excellent with bresaola from Valtellina), first courses with light sauces, white meats.
