Boem-Pinot Nero
Pinot Noir is a grape variety that represents a challenge for agronomists and winemakers due to its delicacy, its need for a suitable microclimate, and the difficulty of achieving consistent production. However, when its requirements are met, excellent wines are produced that offer great drinking pleasure. Like Boem's Pinot Noir. Its grapes are hand-picked in the last week of September and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The resulting wine is aged in French oak barriques for six months before bottling. A wine of great elegance, full-bodied and expressive.
Visually, it displays a beautiful transparent ruby red. On the nose, it is an outpouring of fresh and crunchy fruit: cherry, blueberry, raspberry, and currant accompanied by subtle hints of undergrowth and notes of sweet spice, indicating a non-intrusive presence of wood. On the palate, it releases a pleasant acidity supported by a long savoury finish.
