Juicy, fresh and highly drinkable, with notes of wild strawberry, fresh cherry and redcurrant, accompanied by a hint of herbs and a delicate spiciness. Whole-cluster fermentation and foot-treading, followed by 6 months of ageing in stainless steel, give this wine a light structure, soft tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, fruity and mineral.

ABV 14% – 100% Nebbiolo – Castello di Perno
Elegant, juicy and well-balanced, with notes of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, accompanied by hints of rose petals, anise and a touch of tobacco. Ageing for 8 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels imparts fine tannins and a smooth structure, with lively acidity and a long, mineral and spicy finish.

ABV 14.5% - 100% Nebbiolo - Castello di Perno
Structured, elegant and complex, with notes of ripe cherry, raspberry and dried plum, accompanied by hints of withered rose, liquorice, tobacco and a touch of leather. Aged for 24 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels, it features dense yet silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a harmonious structure. The finish is long, mineral and persistent.

ABV 14.5% – 100% Nebbiolo – Castello di Perno
Warm, vigorous and well-structured, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by hints of violet, sweet spices and a subtle minerality. The spontaneous fermentation with 35 days maceration and 18 months’ ageing in Austrian oak, followed by a year in cement, gives well-integrated tannins and a good acidic backbone. The finish is long, mineral and persistent.
