Full-bodied, fresh, and well-balanced, with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, accompanied by hints of black pepper and peony flowers. The 10-month ageing in old tonneaux imparts elegant tannins and an enveloping texture, with a long, fruity, and mineral finish.
