Full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, accompanied by hints of chocolate and sweet spices. The “ripasso” technique, with a second fermentation on Amarone skins, and 9 months of ageing in French oak barrels, give soft tannins and a rich structure, with a long, savoury, and fruity finish.

Warm, enveloping and structured, with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry jam and morello cherry, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, pepper, cinnamon and a touch of cocoa. The 4-month drying process and 30 months of ageing in barriques and Slavonian oak casks give it velvety tannins and a creamy texture, with a long, intense and mineral finish.

Warm, complex and velvety, with intense notes of cherries in spirit, ripe plum and blackberry jam, enriched by hints of dark chocolate, tobacco, leather and sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. The natural drying process of about 120 days and ageing for 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels provide silky tannins and an enveloping structure. The finish is long, warm and mineral, with an elegant persistence.
