Smooth, glyceric and structured, with notes of sour cherry jam, ripe plum and blackberry, accompanied by balsamic hints, wet earth, dark chocolate, black pepper and cardamom. The 18-month ageing in barrique, tonneaux and oval cask gives bold yet velvety tannins, with a spicy and persistent finish.
