Vol 12% - pinot Meunier 100% - Francis Orban
full-bodied and fruity, with aromas of spiced apples, blood orange, ripe pear, white peach, fresh apricot, quince, lychee and hints of brioche, vanilla, orange blossom and chalky mineral notes. On the palate creamy and balanced, with fine and persistent bubbles aged for at least 24 months on the lees, orchard fruit flavours such as apple and pear, ripe citrus, subtle spices like ginger and pepper, and light herbaceous tones. Vinous, lively and pure, with fresh and creamy effervescence, sea saltiness and a persistent, fresh and savoury finish, anchored to the terroir.

Vol 12% - Chardonnay 100% - Montgueux - Fourny & Fils
Fresh and refined Blanc de Blancs, with a fine and creamy mousse revealing purity, finesse and elegance. Aromas dominated by crisp white apple, baked pear, fresh lemon, blood orange, white flowers and hints of fresh almond, graphite, biscuit, grated ginger and chalky minerality. On the palate, a silky and velvety texture from ageing on the lees, with flavours of bright citrus, crunchy fruit, delicate brioche and minerality with raspberry-cranberry acidity. Combines creaminess and clarity, with a long, lively and slightly saline finish, well-integrated acidity and toasted notes.

Vol 12% - Chardonnay 100% - jean Velut
Distinguished by lively freshness and pronounced minerality, with a complex bouquet of green apple, juicy pear, candied citrus, white flowers and fresh butter.
Aged 60 months on lees using the solera system, it develops a creamy texture with notes of brioche, vanilla, mocha and toasted almond.
On the palate it is fine and balanced, starting racy and mineral, evolving into a full mid-palate with buttery and ripe fruity flavours, finishing on saline notes. It offers remarkable liveliness, structure and persistence, with an elegant, chalky and saline finish that reflects the terroir of the craie, including a note of bitter lemon.

vol 12.5% – chardonnay 40%, pinot noir 35%, pinot meunier 25% – taittinger
Elegant and harmonious blend, with a pale gold colour and fine persistent bubbles.
Delicate and intensely aromatic nose, with notes of ripe white fruit such as pear and peach, fresh citrus, white flowers, vanilla pod and subtle hints of toasted brioche and almond.
Creamy and balanced on the palate with fine persistent mousse, lively acidity and silky structure, offering flavours of fresh fruit, rich honey, toasted notes and elegant fruit. Long, mineral and savoury finish, with a touch of almond and vanilla.

Vol 12.5% - 61% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Meunier, 18% Pinot Noir - Jacquesson
Fresh, tense and refined, with notes of candied citrus, green apple, pear and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by hints of brioche, dried flowers and light chalky minerality. The blend of reserve wines (from cuvées 747, 746, 745, 744, 743 and 741) and ageing of about 36 months on the lees in oak barrels give a fine perlage and elegant structure. On the palate white fruit, citrus and a touch of brioche, with a mineral and persistent finish.

vol 12.5% – chardonnay 45%, pinot noir 55% (of which 12-20% vinified as red) – ruinart
Elegant, fresh and harmonious, with an intense and seductive nose of exotic fruits (pomegranate,
lychee, guava), wild strawberries, fresh raspberry and delicate floral notes of rose and red petals.
On the palate silky and balanced, with fine and creamy mousse, lively acidity and refined structure combining the freshness of Chardonnay with the fruity roundness of Pinot Noir.
Aging on the lees imparts aromas of toasted brioche, almond and delicate spices, finishing with a long, mineral, savoury and persistent finish, with a refreshing touch of pink grapefruit and mint.

12.5% ABV – 100% Pinot Noir (mainly Aÿ Grand Cru, with Verzenay and Tauxières) – Bollinger
Rich, powerful and complex. Notes of honey, fruit paste, quince, candied citrus, blood orange and marzipan, accompanied by hints of toasted brioche, almond, hazelnut, sweet spices and a refreshing menthol touch. The 2018 blend (about 50%), with 50% reserve wines including 2009 magnums, and over 50% vinified in oak barrels, gives an extremely fine and persistent perlage, vibrant acidity, and a creamy, enveloping texture. The finish is long, mineral and savoury, with a touch of confit and dried fruit.

vol 12% – chardonnay 100% – taittinger
Elegant, complex and profound, with delicate notes of white fruit (vineyard peach, cherimoya, mandarin), candied citrus peel, toasted almond, brioche, honey and a touch of ginger and liquorice.
On the palate it is creamy and enveloping, with very fine perlage, racy and vibrant acidity, full structure and a long, mineral, savoury and persistent finish, with hints of pastry and dried fruit.
The supreme expression of an exceptional Chardonnay in a generous vintage, with aromas of gingerbread, meringue, white flowers and chalky mineral notes.

12.5% vol. – Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 45%, Pinot Meunier 5% – Perrier-Jouët
Elegant, floral and complex. With notes of white flowers, white peach, pear, fresh citrus, accompanied by hints of toasted brioche, almond, delicate honey and a touch of minerality. The blend of selected Grand Crus, matured on lees for over six years, gives a very fine and persistent mousse, vibrant acidity and a creamy, silky texture. The finish is long, savoury and mineral, with a touch of ripe fruit and pastry.

Vol 12% - Pinot Noir 50%, Chardonnay 50% - Dom Pérignon
Creamy and enveloping, with notes of ripe apple, apricot, candied citrus and a touch of tropical fruit, accompanied by hints of brioche, fresh almond and sweet spices.
The ageing of about 8-10 years on the lees gives a fine and velvety bubble, with balanced acidity and a soft structure.
The finish is long, warm and mineral, with hints of ginger and a fresh and fruity closure, reflecting the warm and generous 2009 vintage, with aromas of guava, white peach, nectar and woody vanilla.

12.5% vol. – Predominantly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay – Pol Roger
Powerful, rich and complex. Notes of ripe pear, peach, candied mandarin, dried fruit,
lemon curd, ripe apple, almond paste, pastry butter and orange zest, accompanied by hints of toasted croissant, brioche, hazelnut, delicate honey, fresh bread and a chalky mineral touch with dried herbs and flint.
Aged for many years on the lees, dosage 7 g/l), it offers a very fine and persistent perlage, full and vinous structure, vibrant acidity and a creamy, enveloping texture.
Long finish, mineral, savoury, with toast, candied fruit and impressive persistence.
Tribute to Winston Churchill, who drank it as his favourite champagne since 1908.

12.5% vol. – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier – Krug
Elegant, fresh and complex. Notes of candied citrus, dried fruit, toasted brioche, almond, hazelnut, butter, marzipan and a chalky mineral touch with delicate honey.
Blend of 146 wines from 11 vintages (base 2013, reserves from 2000), 40% reserve wines, aged about 7 years on the lees, offers very fine and persistent perlage, creamy structure, vibrant acidity.
Long, mineral, savoury finish, with persistent toast and candied fruit.
