12.50% ABV – 75% Chardonnay, 22.5% Pinot Noir and 2.5% Pinot Blanc – Ca' del Bosco
Elegant, fresh and complex, with notes of apple, white peach, candied citrus and hints of exotic fruit. Accompanied by aromas of brioche, toasted almond and bread crust. The blend of 77% wines from 2022, 18% reserves from 2020, matured for 25 months on the lees, gives a fine and persistent perlage, a vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is long, mineral and savoury, with a touch of dried fruit.

12.5% vol. – Chardonnay 85%, Pinot Bianco 15% – Ca’ del Bosco
Silky and enveloping, with notes of golden apple, ripe pear, white flowers, fresh almond and a hint of light honey.
Creamy, velvety and harmonious on the palate, the ageing of over 48 months on the lees gives an extremely fine and gentle sparkle with a soft and rounded texture.
Long, savoury and persistent finish, with a touch of patisserie and delicate minerality

Structured, deep and majestic, with intense aromas of golden apple, candied citrus, ripe exotic fruit, toasted almond, brioche and chalky minerality. The ageing of over 90 months on the lees gives an ultra-fine perlage, a velvety texture and extraordinary complexity. Very long finish, dry, savoury and vibrant, the supreme expression of Franciacorta
