Elegant, fresh and complex, with notes of apple, white peach, candied citrus and hints of exotic fruit. Accompanied by aromas of brioche, toasted almond and bread crust. The blend of 77% wines from 2022, 18% reserves from 2020, matured for 25 months on the lees, gives a fine and persistent perlage, a vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is long, mineral and savoury, with a touch of dried fruit.

The finish is long, savoury and mineral, with hints of almond and ripe fruit, reflecting the limestone and rocky soils of Franciacorta, between Lake Iseo and the hills of the Po Valley.
