Fresh, savoury and highly drinkable, with notes of golden apple, gooseberry and citrus, accompanied by delicate hints of acacia flowers, elderflower and sage. Fermentation in steel and 4 months' ageing on fine lees enhance its lively acidity and subtle minerality.

Fresh, savoury and well-structured, with notes of yellow apple, white peach and citrus fruits such as citron and mandarin. Floral hints of hawthorn and elderflower blend with a touch of hazelnut and honey, the result of 6 months ageing on lees in steel. The saline minerality, typical of the sandy soils of Roero.

Organic Product

The slight presence of noble rot and the 6-month ageing in cement tanks enhance its rich structure, with a tantalising savouriness and nuances of bitter almond in the long and persistent finish.

Dry, full-bodied and savoury, with notes of pineapple, grapefruit and yellow plum, accompanied by hints of white flowers and a pronounced minerality. The 4-6 months ageing enhances the freshness and elegance, with a lively acidity and a long, harmonious and slightly bitter finish.
