Belgian Strong Ale with a dark brown colour, hazelnut-coloured foam, rich, persistent and creamy. Intense and enveloping in its aromas, with fruity notes, toasted malt and yeast, with sweet nuances (caramel and candied sugar). Initially, ripe fruit and dried fruit stand out along with orange peel, liquorice, chocolate and spicy notes given by ginger, cinnamon and coriander. On the palate, the olfactory notes are found again, highlighting caramel, molasses and toasted malt. The hop notes are delicately perceived in the finish. ABV 9%

Intensely spiced, with distinct notes of anise, liquorice and dried fruit. A true taste experience with a well-hidden alcoholic tone.

The Lupulus Hibernatus is a dark brown beer. At the end of the boiling process, the brewers add a hint of cinnamon. The combination of this with the roasted barley gives a strong note to the Hibernatus.

A magnificent head fills the festive glass. A rich golden shine and a captivating play of aromas delight the senses: a delicate fruity bouquet of Mirabelle wrapped in an exquisite note of oak with a discreet hint of acidity. The selected French Brut yeast adds freshness and a delicate effervescence, while the bottle refermentation gives the dry and elegant body its sophisticated brilliance.

Huyghe Brewery's Christmas beer, as many call it, Delirium Noel. A Belgian Strong Ale much smoother compared to the Delirium Tremens.

A triple-fermented beer with a high alcohol content (10%), it is recommended to drink it carefully.

Delirium Noel is a winter seasonal beer with a reddish amber colour that creates a very rich and creamy white foam which disappears very quickly. On the nose, it recalls strong yeast aromas, caramel malt and wood; on the palate, it is very pleasant as it stands out for its fruity flavour with sweet notes of grape, peach and plum.

The Christmas Ale is the Christmas beer from the St.Bernardus brewery in Watou. It is brewed with the same yeast as the Abt.12 with which it shares several characteristics. A beautiful brown colour, with intriguing reddish hues, in the glass it is topped with a compact and creamy foam, very persistent. It releases ethereal scents, molasses, yellow fruit (apricot), liquorice, marzipan and a delicate spiciness that borders on mint. On the palate it has a good body, a pleasant sweetness and gives a warming sensation that perfectly matches the Christmas atmosphere.

The Grand Cru is the quintessential beer of the range and is produced with a special older Lambic matured for 3 years in oak barrels. This gives the beer a wine-like character with fresh aromas of green apple and a hint of vanilla from the oak, as well as a slightly smoky taste with peat notes. This delicate Flemish red beer is a treasure for all gourmets.

Beer produced exclusively during the Christmas period by the St. Feuillien brewery, with a compact and abundant foam, full and smooth body, dark red colour given by the roasting of the selected malt. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious fragrance. This beer is full-bodied and has a balance that is the result of the synergy between the caramel malts, careful fermentation, and long cold storage.
The delicate bitter taste of St-Feuillien Cuvée de Noél is the predominant flavour of this harmonious beer, featuring a perfect harmony between the various ingredients.

Amber colour with fine and persistent foam, this Belgian ale presents on the nose a mix of malted notes (caramel, candied sugar), spices, herbal and fruity hints (citrus). On the palate, the taste is decidedly bitter, typical of De Ranke productions, the body is medium and the carbonation moderately high.

A dark red Winter Ale, brewed with special roasted malts, fine hops, selected yeasts and flavoured with a hint of coriander. The Corsendonk Christmas is an excellent example of a Christmas beer, with a rounded and balanced taste and a dry, refined finish.

The Stille Nacht, from the German “silent night”, is a prestigious beer created by De Dolle Brouwers for Christmas: some even say it’s not Christmas until Kris sends the Stille Nacht. It is one of the Belgian beers with the highest density (27°Pl) and is made with Pale malt and white candied sugar. To balance the sweet notes, Nugget hops are used in dry hopping, whose bitterness balances the drink. The taste triangle is completed with a delicate acidity during fermentation. It is a truly very interesting beer, suitable for aging. On the nose, the aroma is intense, warm, complex and enveloping, with fruity fragrances (pear, quince, raisin, apricot and banana), citrus (orange peel), spicy (ginger and cloves), caramel, dried fruit (figs, plums and almonds), candied sugar, Belgian yeast, candied dates, honey, light malt and light woody and resinous tones. Full-bodied, dense with an almost oily texture, medium carbonation. Warm, soft and silky on the palate where you are welcomed by a fairly sweet saltiness with malty, spicy, spirit fruit, caramel, dried fruit, yeast, candied sugar notes with a strong alcohol content that seals everything in an extraordinary way, enriched towards the end of the drink by a herbal-resinous hop accent that completes the immense flavour bouquet. It elegantly exits the scene with a long and warm finish, dry and astringent.

By popular demand, the Christmas beer from Brasserie de la Senne is back! The iconic and quirky label remains (thanks, Jean Goovaerts!), but the beer has a new name: SCHIEVE X-MAS. If you look closely at the label, you'll immediately understand why. Besides the new name, the beer also has a new recipe!

As expected from them, they push the boundaries when creating their Christmas beer. This year they experiment again with the traditional style, but without the usual syrupiness or excess spices.

Schieve X-Mas has a compact beige foam and a copper colour with red highlights. The aroma offers a perfect balance between malt and hops. The scent is a delightful combination of caramel, biscuit and pudding, with hints of candied fruit, mandarin, bitter orange and liquorice, without using a single gram of herbs or fruit! The beer has a pleasant and persistent bitterness and a light, dry aftertaste. It is warm, but the alcohol is subtly present.

This beer is perfect to conclude autumn and welcome winter!

Special beer with a pronounced spicy aroma, with a peppery touch in the finish. Delicate and sweet, it leaves a citrus hop note.

St. Bernardus Prior 8 is a dark Belgian beer in the Dubbel style.

On the nose, it offers aromas of malt, brown sugar, grape, cherries, and plums. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of chocolate, caramel, spices, and plum. It finishes with a long and slightly fruity aftertaste.

Excellent with a platter of cured meats or a plum tart.

The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world. It is therefore no surprise that it is the flagship beer of our brewery, ranked at the top of the St.Bernardus beer hierarchy. It is produced in the classic quadrupel style and follows the original 1946 recipe.
