The doughs of our pizzas and focaccias are made from blends of selected flours that also include wholemeal flours, with extra virgin olive oil, yeast, water, and salt; they undergo a long fermentation and are baked according to the traditional method.
NB. For some types of pizzas on the menu, we have started using spherified ingredients, the new frontier of our pizzaiolo MAX
