American IPA is a triumph of hops. The recipe is a tribute to the brews that have driven the craft beer revolution in the United States, highlighting the great aromatic contribution of local hops. Deep golden in colour, it stands out for intense, juicy notes of citrus and tropical fruit, supported by a resinous hint. The malt base supports the aromatic intensity, while keeping the drink light before the bitter and moderately dry finish, which cleanses the palate and invites another sip.

The doughs of our pizzas and focaccias are made from blends of selected flours that also include wholemeal flours, with extra virgin olive oil, yeast, water, and salt; they undergo a long fermentation and are baked according to the traditional method.
NB. For some types of pizzas on the menu, we have started using spherified ingredients, the new frontier of our pizzaiolo MAX
