From Ligurian Vermentino grape pomace. White in colour, clear aroma, slightly ethereal, well pronounced. Lively taste, well structured and long.

Obtained from selected Freisa grape pomace. White in colour; pleasant and light aroma with hints of strawberry and raspberry; the taste is soft, harmonious and lively.

Obtained from Ligurian Pigato grape pomace, it is white in colour; the aroma is intense and delicate with hints of hay and essential oils; the flavour is dry, lively and persistent.

Obtained from Arneis pomace of Roero. It has a delicate and floral aroma reminiscent of dog rose; the taste is smooth, elegant, and very harmonious. ABV 42%

White in colour, intense, aromatic, broad and very pleasant aroma with hints of rose, William pear, currant and elderflower. On the palate, a clear recognition of the grape variety with a very slight spicy note. ABV 43%

From Moscato d'Asti grape pomace. White in colour, intense, aromatic, clear and very pleasant aroma; soft taste rich in flavour. ABV 42%

From Nebbiolo pomace of the Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero area. Light amber colour, clear aroma, savoury hint of oak in which it matures for six months; austere, warm and pleasant flavour. ABV 44%

Obtained with a batch distillation system using a water bath, distilling very fresh grape pomace still dripping with wine. Soft and elegant, it releases fruity notes of cherries, blackberries, and dried fruit, with extremely attractive balsamic hints. ABV 45%

Obtained from Nebbiolo grape pomace from Barolo. It has a deep amber colour. It rests for at least four years in small barrels. It has a broad, rich and pronounced aroma with hints of toasted vanilla. Warm, full-bodied, with a strong character. ABV 50%

The fresh Moscato grappa undergoes a long ageing in barriques from Sicily, which previously held Moscato di Pantelleria. This is the origin of its deep amber colour, aromatic and intense fragrance, and its enveloping, almond-like taste. ABV 42%

Amber in colour and extremely clear, this grappa is very smooth despite its 50 degrees. Its aromatic complexity is extraordinarily broad and intricate, with a predominance of fruity notes, revealing an exceptional variety and completeness: from dried fruit to cooked and syruped fruit, to dried plum and raisins. This ensemble is complemented by floral notes that clearly lean towards honey. Another distinctive feature, due to the long ageing, is the spicy range, dominated by the woody scent of the barrique which gives the spirit aromas of cinnamon, tobacco and liquorice, with a vanilla undertone.

The long ageing gives this grappa a unique sensory imprint. Its extremely intense colour heralds the aromatic power and smoothness that are then found during tasting. It is a dry and austere distillate, which does not indulge in cloying notes: the aromatic profile is dominated by spices (cloves, pepper, nutmeg, anise, liquorice, tobacco) and the scents given by the barrique. However, the aromas of the raw material used are not covered, but rather accompanied by notes of plum, candied fruit and dried fruit such as hazelnut and almond. All together in an extremely straightforward ensemble. ABV 50%

The prolonged aging gives this grappa an exceptionally deep colour, along with good smoothness and moderate sweetness. The barrique has allowed the spicy aromas in the distillate to develop exceptionally, with very clear notes ranging from pepper to cloves, nutmeg to tobacco, anise to liquorice. This very distinct tip accompanies the heart of the raw material, which reveals fruity aromas of jam, stewed fruit, baked apple, dried plum, raisin, almond and walnut. Followed by a floral and honey note. For contemplation. ABV 50%

The K24 Riserva Grappa aged 24 Months in Barrique is a rich-flavoured representative from the Bertagnolli distillery. Through skilful bain-marie distillation, the Trentino grape pomace has been combined to create the K24 Riserva aged 24 Months in Barrique. Finally, the wine matured for 24 months in French oak barrels to fully develop its lush aromas. The result is a precious grappa that shines like liquid gold in the glass.
