Tequila Fortaleza Reposado

The processes used for the production of Fortaleza Reposado are strongly linked to tradition, respect for timing, and attention to detail. These make it one of the best tequilas in the world. The steaming oven cooking times are about 30 hours, fermentation lasts more than 3 days - in open wooden vats, from which the must comes out at 6° - and the grinding takes about 3 hours. The grinding is done with a tahona made of mechanically moved volcanic stone. Fortaleza Reposado ages from 6 to 9 months in single batches,
CIMARON REPOSADO
€ 9.00
Second production from the La Tequilena distillery, the same as Don Fulano, specially designed for mixing and to offer enthusiasts a true artisanal tequila.
Made using mature plants, slow cooking, natural fermentation and without additives.
The blend that creates Cimarron is characterised by a perfect balance that makes this Tequila extremely versatile. 100% agave distillate from the highlands, giving the product a drier and lighter character.
Reposado version, meaning it is aged for at least 3 months in oak barrels to acquire more body and woody aromas.
Heradura Reposado
€ 9.00
Herradura Tequila Reposado is produced with 100% Blue Weber agave. The fermentation takes place in the presence of yeasts in stainless steel vats. The Reposado was one of the pioneers of the market. Of a beautiful golden colour, it reveals aromas of anise, fruit, and spices on the nose. Sweet, it unveils notes of vanilla, butter, and pepper on the palate before finishing with sugary and gentle notes. Herradura Tequila is produced in the historic distillery, founded in 1870 by Felix Lopez and located in Amatitan, in the Jalisco region of Mexico. Aged for 11 months in American oak barrels, the tequilas are always crafted according to the ancestral recipe and method solely from Blue Agave.
