Of Sicilian origin, typical of the inland hilly areas, the Nero d’Avola grapes express all the Sicilian character of a territory. Hand-picked in small crates, they are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C; the ageing takes place in stainless steel containers and French oak barriques for 6 months. One month in the bottle before being marketed. It presents itself with its intense ruby red colour. Characterised by an enveloping aroma with dominant notes of red berries, in harmony with notes of spices, red fruit jam and Morello cherry. On the palate it is rich, broad and persistent, distinguished by a pleasant note of freshness typical of the grape variety. An ideal companion for dishes based on grilled meats, vegetables and risottos.

Wine with an intense ruby red colour with fruity hints of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. On the palate it has excellent structure, persistence and is supported by a soft tannin.

On the nose it presents notes of overripe fruit, spicy hints, menthol and black cherry jam. On the palate it develops good tannins, a lively acidity and in the finish macerated fruit and leather. Good structure.
