Tottori Bourbon Barrel whisky is the result of the expertise and stylistic consistency of the Matsui distillery, backed by a tradition of over a century. It is made in honour of the art of Japanese whisky production and the Tottori province, home to the distillery since 1910. This is a very limited artisanal production that owes its high quality to the clean, fresh water from Tottori's natural springs. It is aged for 3 years in toasted oak barrels.

Bright golden yellow, it has an elegant and balanced nose of ripe fruit, spices and wood. The sip is rich and complex, with floral notes giving way to more developed aromas of vanilla and chocolate. It finishes with a slightly sweet and persistent finish characterised by hints of oak.
