Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), crafted following an ancient Asian recipe using botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, a small, highly fragrant and persistent Japanese citrus fruit. Etsu Sakura Limited Edition celebrates the Hanami tradition, paying tribute to the beauty of cherry blossoms (sakura) with an aromatic profile that captures the essence of Japanese spring, with floral notes perfectly combined with the fresh citrus notes of yuzu, in a harmonious balance with juniper berries, coriander, liquorice and angelica root.

This gin features a unique bouquet of aromas, thanks to the combination of eleven different botanicals, including chamomile, fennel seeds, and lemon zest. The addition of an infusion of rose petals and cucumbers gives a distinctive and refreshing note.

Hendrick’s Oasium is a new extraordinary limited edition gin, this time inspired by a journey undertaken by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie to a desert oasis.

After a polo match played on camelback, Lesley was struck by the paradise of aromatic herbs and fruits of the oasis, and took the inspiration to create a new gin, refreshing and unique.

In this release, the typical juniper aroma is enriched with an elegant mix of fresh green scents, delicate herbal notes and a lively touch of citrus, which marks a decidedly persistent finish.

After obtaining the alcoholic base in an initial distillation, two more distillations take place to perfect its quality, and finally a distillation and an infusion with various botanicals give life to Gin Gold 999.9.

Besides juniper, other botanicals blend together to create a unique product: mandarin, almonds, ginger, violet flowers, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, gentian, poppy, vanilla.

To best appreciate all the nuances of Gold Gin, it is recommended to combine it with acidic elements and enhance the juniper scent by adding berries.

F for Formentera, how to capture all the Mediterranean breeze in a bottle, the blue of the posidonia, the sunrise sun in a small cove, the aroma of salt pans with lemon thyme, rosemary, figs... Just mix and shake it with the laughter of friends, you will discover the flavour of Formentera. To produce this gin, the highest quality cereals are selected and then distilled. Once the distillate is obtained, it is slowly cold-macerated for an average of 30 days with native wild herbs and traditional small fruits from the island of Formentera.

Redwing Aronia Sloe Gin is a carefully distilled gin, enriched by a three-month maceration with fresh aronia berries. This infusion process captures the natural essence, producing a gin with a suggestive ruby hue and an indulgent, rich flavour.

Elephant Strength is Elephant Gin's idea of a “Navy Strength”, based on the award-winning Elephant London Dry Gin.
With its 57% strength, it is stronger and more intense than the original, while preserving its smooth and balanced character on the palate.
To create it, double the botanicals are used, with a particular focus on buchu, sweet orange peel, and mountain pine needles with their herbal note.

As always with Elephant Gin, no detail is overlooked, and so the bottles of this new release bear the names of the "Magnificent Seven": the strongest and most impressive elephants found in Kruger National Park, South Africa, whose tusks each weigh more than 50 kg. Kambaku, Joao Dzombo, Mafunyane, Ndlulamithi, Shawu, Shingwedzi are unfortunately no longer with us, but Elephant Gin wants these legends to live on in the label of Elephant Strength.

The origins of Navy Strength gin take us back to the 18th century when gin was extremely popular throughout the United Kingdom; so popular that the Royal Navy established that a minimum amount of gin had to be carried on board every ship. Not trusting greedy merchants, English naval officers began to check the quality by wetting gunpowder with the spirit. If it burned, it meant the gin had not been diluted with too much water and the strength was at least 57%.

Elephant Gin contributes 15% of its profits to the activities of the three foundations Big Life Foundation, Space For Elephants, and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which work to safeguard the African elephant to protect it from extinction.

The first Japanese gin produced in Kyoto.

KI NO BI ('The beauty of the seasons') is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended, and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a distinctive dry style with a distinct Japanese accent. KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region, and green sanshō berries (Japanese pepper). Bottled at 45.7% ABV, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and the unparalleled pure water of Fushimi (the same used for the production of renowned sake).

It is produced mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the ancient art of blending, separating the botanicals in the gin into six different categories distilled individually: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbs, Spices, and Floral. They are then blended in perfect balance, creating the distinctive KI NO BI flavour. KI NO BI is a gin that speaks of its birthplace. Clear as the air among the sacred mountains of Kyoto, it is endowed with a fresh yuzu aroma and a hint of sansho lingering like a morning mist in a bamboo forest. Juniper completes and showcases the Japanese botanicals. The ginger root gives a slightly warm and spicy finish.

To create this particular gin, the traditional botanicals of Hendrick’s (cucumber, coriander) are combined with rose petals, hibiscus, lavender and more.

On the nose it presents hints of rose, lavender and raspberries. On the palate it is delicate, herbaceous and floral, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavours. It finishes with a smooth finish.
