Don Papa Rum: taste the adventure!
Don Papa Rum is an amber, agricultural spirit from the Philippines. Aged in American oak barrels, this rum embodies the spirit of Negros Island, where sugar cane grows abundantly. The name Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, a hero of the Philippine revolution who fought for his people's independence.

Tasting notes: Intense amber colour. On the nose, it releases aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, with notes of candied fruit and a touch of toasted wood.

The "Baroko" Rum is produced on the Philippine island of Negros from the finest sugarcane molasses and aged for several years in American oak barrels. The result is a deep amber colour with a smooth, rounded profile and great expressive maturity, with notes of dried fruit, spices, exotic fruit, melted caramel, and hints of vanilla and wood.

“El Ron Prohibido” has its roots in the 18th century, when Spanish ships arriving in America loaded with wine supplies, instead of returning to Spain with empty barrels, began filling the barrels with chinguirito, the Mexican rum.

The demand for chinguirito, enriched by the sweet notes released by the wood of the barrels, became so high that King Philip V of Bourbon of Spain was forced to ban its production in order to protect the domestic trade of Spanish spirits.

Ron Prohibido 12 years is an artisanal rum, obtained through a 12-year ageing process according to the Solera System and the addition of a small amount of passito wine.

On the nose, it offers notes of grape, cherries, plums, vanilla and coffee. On the palate, it is soft and silky, with notes similar to those perceived on the nose.
