Produced by the sisters of the Maredret abbey, using spelt, cloves and locally grown juniper, it is an amber abbey-style beer with mixed fermentation, characterised by a spicy bouquet and hints of hay, with a herbal and caramelised taste. ABV 6.8%

Top-fermented beer brewed with spelt, featuring pleasant floral aromas, citrus notes and a spicy finish; for this strong and aromatic blonde abbey beer, the nuns of Maredret use sage and coriander grown directly in the convent. ABV 8.0%

Gueuze
Our Oude Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambics, aged respectively 1 and 3 years in oak barrels. Bottle refermented, it features pronounced Brett aromas, balanced acidity and notes of red apple, citrus and oak.

Our Kriek Black Pepper is an authentic yet bold beer made with traditional barrel-aged lambic with 100% natural cherries, delicately spiced with black pepper.

Gordon Finest Gold is a beer of Anglo-Saxon origin that has long been produced in Belgium. This strong blonde beer with an alcohol content of 10° is brewed by top fermentation by the John Martin group. It is a beer with a blonde and golden colour with clear transparency

INDIA PALE LAGER

Combines two beer styles: lager and IPA. An infused lager beer, where Czech hops are used in the brewery and American varieties for dry hopping. This unfiltered beer, incredibly drinkable, has a beautiful gold-copper hue, a rich foam and a distinctive American hop flavour. It is called TCHYN? (which means mother-in-law). At first it might annoy you, but you wouldn't give up for anything.

Mild, with a fruity accent and very drinkable: this is how Hirter Kellermeister presents itself. The natural cloudiness and moderate effervescence make it a pleasant beer to enjoy. The distinctive flavour is due to the organic raw materials (barley and wheat malt, hops) sourced exclusively from Austrian organic farms.

The brand of German Unfiltered Natural Beer. The name combines two of the beer's raw materials, HOP and BARley, which merge together to form the word LUPOR. Style: Keller (natural unfiltered)

It is a natural unfiltered beer, with a very complex aroma in which sweet fruity notes are perceptible, spiced by a mix of several types of malt and yeasts. Delightful for lovers of great beers, it has a slight herbal note in the finish.

Our Oude Kriek is a blend of old and young lambics aged in barrels in which 400 g/l of cherries have matured. Bottle refermented, the cherry aroma is intense, the acidity sharp but balanced by the roundness of the fruit.
