CL 0.25American IPA is a triumph of hops. The recipe is a tribute to the brews that drove the craft beer revolution in the United States, highlighting the great aromatic contribution of local hops. Deep golden in colour, it is characterised by intense and juicy notes of citrus and tropical fruit, supported by a resinous hint. The malt base supports the aromatic intensity, while keeping the drink light before the bitter and moderately dry finish, which cleanses the palate and invites another sip.
