Double Ghost is our new booming IPA. The double dry hopping unleashes a wave of tropical fruit, hints of pine, white grape and citrus, quickly followed by a touch of rye spice. Inspired by the ghost stories surrounding ships lost in storms along Southwold's Sole Bay, the legend continues...

The doughs of our pizzas and focaccias are made from blends of selected flours that also include wholemeal flours, with extra virgin olive oil, yeast, water, and salt; they undergo a long fermentation and are baked according to the traditional method.
NB. On some types of pizzas on the menu, we have started using spherified ingredients, the new frontier of our pizzaiolo MAX
