KARMINIA

The Karminia project was born in November 2021 in Asti with the aim of creating a Red Vermouth different from most of those currently on the market.
Karminia is an Organic Superior Red Vermouth from Turin with European certification and is 100% Barbera d’Asti DOCG
The production follows an artisanal process with cold maceration for 35 days and 37 different botanicals.
This is followed by 30 days of stabilization in steel and cold filtration.
Alcohol Content: 20°
Karminia was developed to be consumed neat (as an aperitif but also as a digestive), mixed as a base ingredient in many cocktails (ideal with Tonic Water).
The Barbera d’Asti DOCG gives Karminia a particular and very intense taste. On the palate, sweet notes of cherry and red fruits immediately stand out. Then follow spices, nutmeg, pepper, and chocolate, finishing with the bitter part given by gentian, wormwood, and cinchona.
