Beer with a dark colour and a creamy, persistent foam.
It has a soft and enveloping body with roasted notes of coffee, chestnut honey, and dried fruit.
Well balanced with a slight bitter finish.

Contessa is a beer with a golden colour and a nice white foam, fragrant and with a strong character on the nose and palate. The entrance is characterised by delicate malt notes that balance well with the more herbal and resinous aromas given by the generous hopping. Pleasantly bitter in the finish.

Beer in the Session IPA style (4.6% Vol.) presents a straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent white foam. On the nose, it is an explosion of exotic fruit aromas, with a standout scent of mango and pineapple. On the palate, it is dry and crisp with a cereal entry and a delicate, refreshing bitterness.

Double Dry Hopped IPA with 6% ABV, pale yellow in colour with a fine white foam. On the nose, the aroma is intense and refined with notes of exotic fruit such as pineapple, mango, and papaya, along with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the bitterness is intense but not extreme, with a dry and crisp finish.

A Porter with a black colour and distinct notes of coffee, chocolate, and toasted malt. Smooth and balanced taste combined with dense and full-bodied foam that excellently delivers creaminess to caress the palate.

Light pale ale, fresh and dangerously drinkable. Its aroma is characterised by the massive use of Sorachi Ace, a hop variety of Japanese origin which, combined with Citra and Cascade, creates a blend of scents ranging from mint to lemon, dill and floral hints.

This beer is the result of careful research and selection of raw materials obtained through a direct relationship with malt and hop producers, eliminating intermediaries while always ensuring the high quality of our hopped references.
SONNY is a classic interpretation of the Session IPA style created with an emphasis on drinkability without sacrificing a generous dose of hops and selecting the best varieties to enhance its aromatic yield.

Beer of brown colour with reddish reflections, with a rather persistent white foam head.
On the nose, ripe fruit, malt, leading to a herbal hop finish.
In the mouth, medium body, with slight notes of hazelnut and ripe fruit accompanied by the herbal bitterness of English hops. The long finish is dominated by herbal bitterness followed by malty notes.

A refreshing American Pale Ale with a balanced hop profile and a hint of citrus.

It presents a dark brown colour with ruby reflections, with fine bubble foam, compact and creamy with good adherence and persistence.
On the nose, it is intense with good complexity characterised by a smoky and toasted note, followed by notes of coffee and chocolate.
In the mouth, it has the right fizz, a round body, and we find smoky, coffee, and chocolate notes. The finish is quite dry and clean.

Amber-coloured beer, with fine, clingy and persistent foam.
Intriguing, clean and intense nose, aromas of caramel and red fruit with hints of jam and dried fruit.
On the palate it is balanced between sweet and bitter, round body but not cloying, with a good perception of hops and a warm alcoholic sensation well managed that enhances drinkability.

Amber-coloured beer, it has fine, compact, clingy and persistent foam.
On the nose, it is intense and elegant, with citrus, floral and tropical fruit aromas, covering a light malty note with honeyed hints.
On the palate, it has a moderate fizziness, a slender body, initially malty then contrasted by bitterness. We find citrus and tropical notes with an herbal component that leads to a dry and crisp finish.

Beer of full amber colour, with fine-grained foam, good compactness and adherence.
On the nose it has good intensity and complexity with malty notes of caramel and light toast reminiscent of hazelnut, followed by fruity notes of red fruit and a hint of cocoa butter.
On the palate it is moderately sparkling, with a light body. Malty start followed by notes of red fruit and cocoa in the finish.

IPA in full West Coast mood. English and German pale malts, Yankee hopping with Centennial, Citra and Chinook Cryo, used in Dip Hopping and Dry Hopping. Direct, dry, fragrant, a full hook for the nose and mouth. Evocative for "old-timer" drinkers, a comfort zone for new followers. It is also Gluten Free!

Belgian-style Tripel, top-fermented, brewed with Pilsner malt and a small percentage of simple sugars to promote a dry finish and high attenuation. The colour is deep golden. The foam, fine and persistent, is generated by a high natural carbonation obtained through refermentation with traditional Belgian yeast.
On the nose, fruity esters (pear, apricot) are perceived, accompanied by a spicy component (white pepper, cloves), typical of the yeast strain used.

Buoni Propositi is a Tripel style beer: clear, rich, with sweet hints of pear, a pleasant dryness and spicy notes.
Dedicated to the Good Intentions made for the coming year, Buoni Propositi is an 8.5% Tripel, which, like TEVLA, SEVNA and FUTA, is part of our “clean” beers, fermented and matured in steel.

Sour red beer with mixed fermentation slowly matured in our cellar and spiced with ginger, cinnamon and star anise.
It undergoes a primary fermentation with our native yeast BUNNY (Bologna Unknown Native Naughty Yeast – info here) and then continues with a period of fermentation/contamination in an open tank in the cellar, where it then rests for refinement and maturation.
Among the selected cereals, in addition to pale and pils malts, we use an unmalted wheat from the “filiera Grani Alti” territory (ancient grains from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines), particularly the Ardito variety.

Bretted, coffee-flavoured, energising.
Our Coffee-Brett is a bretted Imperial Stout made with Los Vascos coffee beans from the His Majesty The Coffee roastery in Villasanta.
When your day gets long, and you need a boost, Coffee-Brett, the energy of coffee plus the power of beer, Coffee-Brett.

Born from a collaboration with Ten Barrel Brewing Co., brewers from Oregon, and inspired by the cocktail of the same name. With an amber colour, the spices and botanicals of the three classic components, Vermouth, Bitter, and Gin, have been reinterpreted in a “spontaneous” style. The wort, after two nights in the Coolship, completes fermentation in barrel, where it then rests for 30 long months. The result is an aperitif that is decidedly unconventional, where the typical nuances of the cocktail can be perceived but in a sour style.

This beer is dedicated to an incredible and ancient story. It was 1906 and the caravan of William Cody, known as Buffalo Bill, arrived in Perugia with the support of four trains, 500 horses, bison, longhorns, 800 people including staff, cowboys, and Indians, as well as some Arabs and Japanese, and set up camp in Piazza d’Armi forming a large circus.
The Buffalo Circus symbolizes the meeting of American culture and our way of brewing beer. A true show of hops (simcoe, mosaic, chinook) that amaze with their aromatic games and taste adventures, capable of herbaceous pirouettes and balsamic somersaults.

The Santa ILA has matured in whisky casks from Scottish distilleries and uses the fragrant Palo Santo. The result is a mahogany-coloured beer, with very complex aromas of fine woods accompanied by smoky and spicy notes. The mouthfeel is broad, warm, and enveloping.

A modern brewing love story: She messages in DM "Today I am your queen, I dress aggressively, put on gloss, so I stain the glass of your brew"
And the brewer blushes, with a warm heart and inspired by his muse, brews a gentle wheat beer, scented with the peels of lemons from Garda, spiced with that sought-after Timor pepper and the soft notes of the finest black tea, selected by Ferri since 1905. A light, elegant and refined beer like that muse. He presents it to her in a photo with sweet words typed with trembling fingers... And she replies "Come to the BADDIE... Let's have a rally"

We need an American Pale Ale, we must ensure the safety of our drinkers all the way to Greenland.
We cannot compromise, so we brewed a Pale Ale mostly with light malts (but also some darker ones), heavily hopped with real American hops (Citra, Centennial, Krush Cryo).

Session IPA made with Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Enigma hops. With a light golden colour, it is light and drinkable, with aromas and flavours that are well balanced. Pleasantly bitter, it has delicate herbal and citrus notes.

The fuel of Mister B is this: simple but with character, perfect for filling up. We cannot guarantee it works on your car engines, but it's excellent to drink. Dry, with a balanced bitterness and hints of citrus balanced with the grain of the excellent Italian Pils used. And don't forget that there is a points collection from participating retailers. English IPA made with Cascade, Hersbucker, East Kent Golding, and Challenger hops. A timeless amber beer to be enjoyed with discipline; on the nose and palate, the aromas open with slight notes of hazelnut that gradually give way to floral and fresh notes from the hops. Smooth and with a gentle bitterness.

GELATO PASTRY SOUR BANANA BLUEBERRY BANANA TONKA
A creamy and fruity Pastry Sour gelato, with bananas, blueberries and Tonka beans. It is a variant of a summer must-have from the CAPOLINEA gelateria in Reggio Emilia, how is it served? The colder it is, the creamier it will be due to some magic adopted by the minds of our brewers and those of the gelato makers. So you could conduct a thousand scientific inquiries, but the real question is: cone or cup?

The beer you don't expect, sweet and light. It captivates you with the spicing of coriander, pink pepper, sichuan pepper and loomi. This is tradition according to Rebel’s. A beer designed for those seeking a light, refreshing drink yet rich in flavour. Based on a classic Blanche, with a good amount of wheat that gives fullness to the drink with a compact foam, and the use of coriander seeds, we added the Rebel’s touch: during the wort boiling phase, a pinch of pink pepper and sichuan pepper impart spicy notes of lemon and citrus. Open it and you'll feel relaxed on a meadow soaking up the sun while stroking the daisies.

Only the best blend of each year produced in the famous Rodenbach barrel room has the privilege of becoming, after two long years of maturation in wood, the celebrated and multi-awarded Vintage. On the nose, notes of red fruit, caramel, vanilla, liquorice, balsamic vinegar, and wood. Imperial Stout is a type of beer that was originally brewed to withstand the harsh shipments to Imperial Russia in bad weather. It has a rich flavour best enjoyed sipped from a brandy-style glass.

Winter Welcome Ale is a seasonal limited edition beer brewed for the short days and long winter nights. It has a delicious malt flavour and fruity notes derived from fermentation in Yorkshire stone vats. It was first brewed in 1990 and has been the benchmark seasonal beer for over thirty years. The bottle design changes every year for collectible labels.

Lush aroma of roasted malt, with notes of chocolate, liquorice, oak and bourbon. The colour is brown-black, with a thin layer of mocha foam. In the taste, toasted almonds, milk chocolate and a light layer of liquorice root, silky and roasted. Oak barrel, vanilla and whisky in the final taste.

Exclusive Black Pearl tank series. Nihiru is aged in Scottish whisky barrels for 8 months. Nihiru is an atoll in French Polynesia, discovered by the Estonian explorer, Admiral Bellinghausen.

The taste is of caramel, whisky-flamed hazelnuts, and cream. Enjoy it at room temperature.

Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with cocoa.

Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, whisky-soaked raisins, soy sauce with a slight hint of vanilla. On the palate, dark chocolate, cocoa butter, bitterness of roasted malt, sweetness of caramel.
Aftertaste of anise, orange and citrus. From the whisky barrels, a delicate alcohol content and a long cloak of charred oak are added.

Aroma: sweet, vanilla cocoa, marshmallow, coconut and salted caramel.
Taste: the mix of aromas and flavours creates a very sweet drink with a slight note of roasted malts at the finish.
