Brewdog's Punk IPA is a beer that has played a fundamental role in the evolution of the craft beer phenomenon worldwide. This American IPA was the beer that launched the revolution brought about by craft breweries, which shook up the entire industry. Produced and launched in 2007, Punk IPA has undergone changes to the original recipe, making it very popular with a large part of the public. With a golden yellow color and abundant foam, it releases citrus notes of grapefruit and orange on the nose, along with tropical fruits and a hint of caramel. With a medium body and an ABV of 5.6%, Punk IPA has a hop-focused aroma thanks to the use of Ahtanum, Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe. Despite its hop-forward profile, the beer has a good balance thanks to the sweet tones of the malt. It has a dry finish and great drinkability, with only a slight perception of its alcohol content.

Marron is produced with barley malt, Saaz hops, and the addition of ground chestnuts during mashing.
The aroma is intense and clearly focused on the toasted and caramelized notes of the malt. On the palate it is sweet and well-structured, with a surprising
citrusy/spicy finish and delicate, fragrant notes of chestnut flour.
Pairings: recommended with all dishes prepared with chestnut flour or fresh chestnuts,
excellent with aged cheeses, roasts, braised meats, and tripe with spices.

clearly inspired by the Belgian style « Bier Blanche», it is produced using barley malt, wheat malt, unmalted spelt, a pinch of oats, Styrian Golding and Saaz hops, as well as a skillful blend of spices: the result is an elegant and fresh beer, very easy to drink, but with distinct and pleasant notes of citrus, licorice, and vanilla.

Pairings: it goes very well with delicate dishes, not too spicy and not too flavorful.

Franziskaner Weissbier is a "Weissbier"-style beer, brewed with a malt composition made up of at least 50% wheat. This pale wheat beer enjoys a reputation that extends far beyond the borders of its native Germany; after all, it is one of the most widespread examples of the "Weissbier" style.

Made with pure barley malt, Ichnusa Non Filtrata is a beer with a golden color and the typical haze given by the yeasts left in suspension.
