Fattoria Casabianca is a Tuscan red wine with an intense ruby red color and violet highlights. It has a classic, intense bouquet, unmistakably fruity. With aging in barriques, it expresses notes of jam, spices, coffee, and cinnamon that warm and fill the mouth, delicate flavors of compote, freshness, and enveloping harmony, great depth, and a long, pleasant finish.

The Toscana Rosso IGT "15 Staiori" from Tenuta Casabianca takes its name from the unit of land measurement used in Siena around the 15th century and comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level. Aged in first- and second-pass French oak barriques for about 18 months and then left to rest in bottle for about 6 months, it is a wine with an intense aroma, balanced and persistent on the palate, fully satisfying.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with violet highlights. On the nose it is intense, with hints of jam, notes of spice and coffee tones. On the palate it is enveloping, deep, harmonious and long-lasting.
PAIRINGS
Excellent with first courses based on meat or land ingredients, it pairs well with red meats.
