Artisan bun burger warmed on the griddle to bring out the aroma and flavor of the meat, the beauty and tenderness of the Fassona beef burger. The lightness of the scamorza contrasted with crispy bacon.
Then we have a vegetable component, because that way we can pretend to eat vegetables too: grilled eggplant and caramelized onions, dressed with yellow and red cherry tomatoes and the now-famous Ponte Sauce, mayonnaise-based.
