Artisanal burger made with local Garfagnana meat, (sausage 70% beef 30%) fig oil mayonnaise, rocket, scamorza, caramelised onions for a perfect balance in our sandwich, nothing is added and nothing is removed

crispy bacon, coleslaw with the addition of balsamic vinegar
caramelised onions with balsamic vinegar

Artisan burger bun warmed on the griddle to bring out the aroma and flavour of the meat, the beauty and tenderness of the Fassona beef burger. The lightness of the scamorza contrasted with crispy bacon.
Then we have a vegetable element, because that way we can pretend we are also eating our greens: grilled aubergines and caramelised onions, dressed with yellow and red cherry tomatoes and the now famous Ponte sauce, mayonnaise-based.
