The Franciacorta Satèn Elisabetta Abrami Metodo Classico represents the gentle face of the Franciacorta area. It is the ideal bottle to enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood starters or delicately flavoured vegetable dishes. In the glass it appears straw yellow with bright, luminous reflections. The perlage is particularly fine and delicate. Refined and subtle, it has an aromatic profile dominated by scents of white flowers, hints of lemon zest, aromas of green apple, white peach, tropical nuances, notes of bread crust and the softness of small pastries. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, with a smooth, velvety sip that unfolds harmoniously towards a savoury finish with balanced freshness.
