Not your usual cacio e pepe!
Creamy risotto with cultured butter, Pecorino Romano and Grana Padano; at the bottom of the plate you will find a blend of peppers. The risotto is then garnished with Fassona Piemontese tartare, simply seasoned with oil and salt. The dish is finished with a dusting of smoked paprika
