Bright straw-yellow in color, on the nose it immediately stands out for its very fruity profile, with hints of apricot, grapefruit, flowers, and spices, typical of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it reveals a full, enveloping, and very lively taste, thanks to its pronounced acidity that gives freshness and makes the tasting lighter and more carefree, with a long lingering finish.

Intense and fragrant, this Vermentino brings together the essences of Mediterranean gardens, orange blossom, grapefruit, lemon, sage, and capers. Vibrant acidity contrasts with the warm tones and its softness

This wine presents a pleasant, deep straw-yellow color. The aromas are intense and delicate, with notes reminiscent of crisp peach and freshly cut grass, along with light mineral hints.
The palate is lean and savory, a wine of good body where the alcohol is perfectly integrated, expressing itself through fruity and juicy sensations. The finish is of good length and remains subtle, with hints of aromatic herbs.

"Vermignon" is a white wine of great authenticity and drinkability, made in Gragnano from a blend of Sauvignon and Vermentino grapes. It has a lean, dynamic body, marked by lively savoriness and pronounced freshness, with aromas of grapefruit, herbal notes, hints of peach, aromatic herbs, and white flowers.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color. On the nose it is expressive, refined, with aromas of citrus and white flowers. On the palate it has a lively attack, with refreshing acidity, notes of lime, Granny Smith apple, with great structure, fruity with a clean and dry finish. A typical Alsace Riesling, dry and gastronomic. The grapes come from several hills around the small village of Bergheim, with a predominance of heavy soils made up of clay and limestone.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
In the glass, it appears pale yellow, bright and clear. On the nose, it is rather reserved due to its youth, clearly characterized by fruity aromas, open and full of finesse, with aromas of white fruit, flat peach, and pear. On the palate, it is well balanced, dry, with excellent length. A gastronomic wine, light on the palate, with a fruity and spicy freshness that lingers. The grapes come from several hills around the small village of Bergheim, with a predominance of heavy soils composed of clay and limestone.

A great wine made from native grapes, capable of revealing all the aromas and the hidden strength of each individual grape berry. A complex floral bouquet blends with a pronounced fruity and mineral note, united by a full body with golden reflections. Vinification: gentle pressing followed by fermentation in steel tanks and 1/3 in barrel (tonneau). Aging: maturation for 10 months on fine lees in steel tanks and 1/3 in barrel (tonneau). An extremely elegant and complex wine that reveals its complexity only after prolonged exposure to air in a large Burgundy glass

Vinification: brief maceration followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging: maturation on fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. It is a wine with an extraordinary aromatic range, spanning from rose petals to notes of lychee. The perfectly integrated alcoholic notes make it a wine of great balance and pleasure.

Vermentino and Petit Manseng ferment and age in stainless steel for about 12 months. The wine is then aged for 3/4 months in bottle. The wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections, and the aroma is intense and persistent with floral and exotic fruit notes, with a slight balsamic and almond-like note. On the palate it is full, velvety, and harmonious, with a very long finish.

Wine made from only Trebbiano grapes, which are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. The must is left in contact with the skins until the cap of pomace rises. The tank is then racked off and only the free-run must completes the alcoholic fermentation, which now continues in Hungarian tonneaux. The wine remains on its lees with bâtonnage for about a year, during which malolactic fermentation also takes place. Subsequently, the wine rests in tank for about three months before being bottled. 12% vol. It has a golden yellow color. On the nose it is intense and persistent with strong balsamic notes, wildflowers, hints of almond, saffron, spicy and very mineral. On the palate it is fresh, savory, full-bodied with a long finish; it can be easily paired with fusion dishes of Asian influence.

Vinification: Cooling of the harvested grapes using a refrigerated room. Loading into the press of whole, un-destemmed clusters, gentle pressing in total absence of oxygen. Subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13°C.
Aging: 3 months in stainless steel on the fine lees at a controlled temperature and one month of bottle aging.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Aroma: Fine and delicate. Notes of white flowers alternate with intriguing hints of ripe white-fleshed fruit and iodine.
Taste: Fresh, savory, with excellent aromatic and flavor persistence. A versatile wine, smooth and satisfying to drink.
