Cutina Genziana liqueur is produced according to the traditional Abruzzese recipe.
The roots of Greater Gentian are macerated in white wine for a period of about 40 days. Subsequently, they are removed from the maceration and its “infusion” is improved with water, sugar, and alcohol.
The whole mixture is left to refine for about 15-20 days and then bottled.
