Puglia I.G.P.. 12,5% Cantine Paololeo
Salento Malvasia Nera Rosé Rosa Mora 2022 Paololeo
The Rosamora rosé wine by Paolo Leo is born in vineyards located in Salento, in the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce.
It is composed exclusively of Malvasia Nera grapes, which undergo cryomaceration first. It is then left to rest for about 4 hours in the press, to achieve the desired pink color. The fermentation lasts about 10 days and takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a refinement of 3 months in the same containers.
It is characterized by a cerasuolo pink color. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of raspberries, strawberries, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with a decent persistence.
Perfect to accompany fried fish and sushi.
