Valdobbiadene “RIVE DI BIGOLINO” Sandrin

11.5% vol.
Produced in the vineyard that surrounds the winery and covers the entire Col Rover area, located in the heart of the town of Valdobbiadene.
Here, the soil, particularly rich in ferric and magnesian marl, typical of Dolomia stone, gives this sparkling wine aromas typical of Golden apple and citrus fruit, and a delicate, slightly savoury and aromatic taste.
Its fine, persistent perlage makes it a wine whose distinctive characteristics are harmony and finesse.
Served chilled (6°-8°C), it is the ideal accompaniment throughout the meal, from aperitif to dessert, especially for flavourful first courses such as gnocchi and risotto.

Asolo Prosecco Superiore

Sandro 11.5% vol.
On the right bank of the River Piave, within a gentle natural basin shaped like an ancient amphitheatre at the foot of Monte Grappa, between the municipalities of Cavaso and Pederobba, Sandrin produces a particularly sweet and fruity grape that gives a savoury yet full-bodied and rounded flavour. Thanks to this characteristic, it is possible to produce a harmonious and velvety wine, despite its low residual sugar.
Served chilled, between 6° and 10°, it is the most elegant accompaniment for vegetable appetisers with dip and cicchetti of cured meats or semi-mature cheeses.
Also excellent with meat dishes or seafood.

Cartizze Valdobbiadene

Sandrin 11.5% vol.
From the historic production area within the municipality of Valdobbiadene, among the steep hills of the hamlets of S. Stefano, S. Pietro di Barbozza and Saccol, thanks to the legacy of Grandfather Riccardo, the first harvest of his fabulous Cartizze took place in 2018.
Characterised by a fine and persistent perlage, with creamy foam and an intense aroma of wisteria, rose and acacia, it offers pleasantly fruity flavours of white peach, apple and pear on the palate.
With a velvety, enveloping taste, its gentle sweetness makes it the perfect accompaniment to the end of important meals and occasions to celebrate and remember.
