Steinbier: a unique and special beer produced by Brauhaus Leikeim using the ancient method with volcanic rock heated to incandescence by beech wood embers. Before metal containers were produced, the beer wort had to be heated in wooden vats with hot stones. The result is a natural, unfiltered speciality with a delicate caramel aroma.

Palmbräu Lager is a German beer brewed by the Palmbräu brewery, located in Eppingen, in Baden-Württemberg. It is a pure malt lager, classic and traditionally in full German style, with a golden yellow colour, and a creamy, adherent and persistent head. Overall, cereal notes, bread dough and the freshness of the yeast stand out. On the palate it is lightly sparkling. After an initial sweet impression, a certain acidity due to the yeast is noticeable, but in the end the flavour is balanced. In the finish the hops are good but fade quickly.

Canediguerra
An Anglo-Saxon beer with an amber colour, characterised by a pronounced fruity and resinous aroma typical of North American hops used both at different stages of the brewing process and for dry-hopping. The high level of bitterness, balanced by a slightly malty body, does not detract from a certain freshness on the palate.
