Steinbier: a unique and special beer produced by Brauhaus Leikeim using the ancient method of volcanic rock heated to incandescence by beech wood embers. Before metal vessels were produced, the beer wort had to be heated in wooden vats with glowing stones. The result is a natural, unfiltered specialty with a delicate caramel aroma.

Palmbräu Lager is a German beer produced by the Palmbräu brewery, located in Eppingen, in Baden-Württemberg. It is a pure malt lager, classic and traditionally in full German style, with a golden yellow color and a creamy, adherent, and persistent foam. Overall, cereal notes, bread dough, and the freshness of the yeast stand out. On the palate it is lightly sparkling. After an initially sweet impression, a certain acidity due to the yeast is noticeable, but in the end the flavor is balanced. In the finish, the hops are good but fade quickly.

Anglo-Saxon beer with an amber color, characterized by the pronounced fruity and resinous aroma typical of North American hops used both in the different stages of brewing and during dry-hopping. The high level of bitterness, balanced by a slightly malty body, does not compromise a certain freshness on the palate.
