A bottom-fermented beer, designed for hot summer days, the use of Pompia (a local citrus fruit) during and after fermentation gives it a citrusy touch. A low alcohol content and the use of caramel malt make it pleasantly "easy-drinking," finishing dry with a slightly bitter Pompia bouquet.
IPA

Top-fermented beer, in the India Pale Ale style, a recipe built on the basis of heavily hopped American beers. There's no point hiding it: hops take center stage.
The complexity of the blend of the agricultural malts used enhances the right balance between the sweetness on the first sip and an intense, bitter, dominant hopping. The use of our own Cascade and Columbus hops (notable for their strongly citrusy notes) gives a marked tilt toward more experienced palates and lovers of bitterness.
