A low-fermentation beer, designed for the scorching summer days, the use of Pompia (a local citrus fruit) during and after fermentation gives it a citrusy touch. A low alcohol content and the use of caramel malt make it pleasantly "easy-drinking", finishing dry and slightly bitter, with a Pompia bouquet.

Top-fermented beer, in the India Pale Ale style, a recipe built on the basis of heavily hopped American beers. No point hiding it, hops are the star of the show.
The complexity of the blend of the agricultural malts used enhances the right balance between the sweetness on the first sip and an intense, bitter, dominant hopping. The use of our own Cascade and Columbus hops (notable for their strongly citrus notes) gives a marked leaning towards more experienced palates and lovers of bitterness.
