Geuze Mariage Parfait is one of the purest and most refined examples of spontaneously fermented Lambic beer. To limit its bitterness, the Boon brewery produces the lambic only during the cold months, from October to April. It is made with 40% wheat without malt and 60% malted barley, aged hops, and wild yeasts collected from our open fermenters, aged for at least three years in oak barrels.

Grand Cru Bruocsella can be considered the missing link between beer and wine. It is a complex beer, a blend of Lambic aged for three years in oak barrels, which do not undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle; in fact, Grand Cru Bruocsella is characterized by almost no carbonation. With a golden color and amber reflections, it is intense and sharp, with seductive and tangy fruity notes (apple) and slight hints of honey.

As tradition dictates, it is the result of blending Lambic from different vintages.
It presents a deep golden color, with pungent and intense aromas and flavors, as the style requires. The aroma and taste are characterized by sour and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather, and cellar in the background. On the palate, the drink is enveloping and marked by astringent and sour notes.

The uniqueness of this lambic is the addition of Moscato grapes after the first 18 months of maturation, after which it is allowed to mature for another 6 months, at the end of which a portion of lambic previously aged for a year is added.

Beer produced with various blends of Lambic and the addition of fresh raspberries. With a bright red color and amber reflections, the sour, fresh, and sharp notes of raspberries are the protagonists of the aromas. Both on the nose and on the palate, sour and winey notes of red fruits and Lambic dominate, giving this beer its typical and fascinating funky profile.
On the palate, the sip is long, dry, and astringent.

From the collaboration between Cantillon, Saint-Emilion, and Pomerol (famous wine cellars), Saint Lamvinus is born.
Produced using Cabernet and Merlot grapes, it is aged in barrels that previously contained Bordeaux wine.
It presents an intense purple color, with a wine-like and fruity flavor.

Our grape lambic, with our obsolete beer and for each edition a different grape variety and/or harvest is used. Each time with a slightly different result. A vine beer that seeks the boundaries between beer and wine.

Beer produced from a blend of young and old lambic from 10 Belgian breweries: 3 Fonteinen, Boon, De Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Lindemans, Oud Beersel, Lambiek Fabriek, Tilquin, Timmermans, and Mort subite. A must-try beer for lambic lovers. Produced in very limited quantities.

The Natur-Elle Organic Geuze is made with a blend of different Lambics (1, 2, and 3 years) obtained using raw materials sourced exclusively from organic farming. Fresh nose with aromas of leather, apple cider, cellar, yard, barn, farm, sour citrus (lemon), wheat, yeast, fruit (white grape and green apple), earthy, herbal, and moldy notes. Medium body, slightly lively carbonation. On the palate, it reveals a good dose of funk along with sour, citrusy, woody, tannic, earthy, and yeasty tones. Dry finish, moderately acidic with a slight herbal touch from hops. Overall, a solid Geuze with great drinkability, featuring pleasant fruity esters in both aroma and flavor.

Aroma: sour, fruity, slightly spicy.
Taste: the persimmons provide a delicate sweetness that accompanies the beer's light acidity and a slightly spicy finish.

Only the best blend of each year produced in the famous Rodenbach cellar has the privilege of becoming, after two long years of maturation in wood, the celebrated and multi-awarded Vintage. On the nose, notes of red fruit, caramel vanilla, licorice, balsamic vinegar, and wood. On the palate, there is much elegance and balance between a sweeter, rounder malt profile and a pleasant wine-like acidity that is slightly acetic and very elegant.
