Tuscan red that reproduces an ancient technique that had been lost over time, that of “Governo all’uso Toscano”, which consists of the refermentation of the wine obtained from the addition of slightly dried grapes. Ruby red with pronounced notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry, and floral hints. A full-bodied, rich, and smooth wine.

Grape variety: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara
Color: deep and intense ruby red. It has a distinctive aroma of candied fruit, spices, and vanilla, and a dry, warm, and delicately bitter taste with hints of violet, licorice, and ripe blackberry.

Grape variety: Merlot
Impenetrable ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is intense and deep, with hints of ripe red fruit, plum, candied currants, underbrush, violet, raspberries, and ripe blackberries. On the palate, it is enveloping with great structure and a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Grape variety: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense ruby red color with shades ranging from violet to garnet depending on aging. On the nose, it highlights aromas of spices, licorice, and vanilla, red fruit. A wine with great structure, rich in salinity and tannins that ensure a long life in the bottle.

Taste: The body is full and balanced, with mature and well-developed tannins.

Red Wine 2022
Grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
A Bergamasca IGT red wine with great sensory appeal, with an intense aroma of red fruits, vanilla, and spices.
Made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. 50% of the wine is aged in barriques for about 6 months, while the remaining 50% is aged in stainless steel tanks.
After the maturation period, toward the end of July and beginning of August, the wine is blended, filtered, and bottled in August. This is followed by a bottle aging period of at least 6 months.
On the palate it is full-bodied, harmonious, and persistent.

Grape variety: Merlot and Cabernet
Red wine IGT Bergamasca, made from the vinification of the finest Merlot and Cabernet grapes from our vineyards. Aged in barrique for 30 months, then filtered and bottled, the wine remains in bottle for another 6 months.
Its ruby red color reveals an intense aroma of sour cherry, plum, and strawberry jam, surrounded by spicy and balsamic notes.
