It all began with the passion of the Montigny-Piel family, who have been producing this Clos Saint-Fiacre since the 17th century. A winegrowing culture and tradition passed down from generation to generation. It is a wine of great finesse, with aromas of white flowers, summer fruits and citrus. Initially lively, on the palate it then becomes warm and smooth with a savoury finish.
Clos Saint-Fiacre is a historic wine estate in the Loire Valley, in the Orléans AOC. The 2024 vintage of their main white wine is a fresh, mineral 100% Chardonnay. Clos Saint-Fiacre Orléans Blanc 2024 has a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, peach, apricot and citrus. On the palate, the attack is lively, followed by a smooth, creamy structure, with a characteristic saline, fresh finish.
Produced from vines around 35 years old grown on sandy and limestone soils, it is vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperature and aged on fine lees to preserve elegance and aromatic character.

The Chardonnay Val de Loire IGP from Domaine des Sablonnières is a small organic wine estate located between Anjou and Saumur, in the heart of the Loire Valley, owned by Pascal Busson and Tony Raboin. The Domaine is cultivated on around 19 hectares of vineyards under organic farming since 2010, producing elegant and fresh wines from grape varieties typical of the Loire such as Chenin, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay. The Chardonnay Val De Loire IGP is made from grapes grown on sandy and limestone soils and expresses a style typical of the Loire: fresh, taut and with less oak. On the nose it is a fresh aromatic white wine with light citrus notes; it also offers aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit and light mineral nuances, as well as notes of white-fleshed fruit, and on the palate it is smooth, balanced and fresh. It has good savouriness and a clean, pleasantly citrus finish. The Domaine’s philosophy focuses strongly on enhancing the local terroir through organic cultivation, minimal intervention in the cellar, low yields, respect for biodiversity and gentle winemaking to obtain authentic, pure wines. The vinification of the Chardonnay is geared towards freshness and the purity of the fruit, which varies depending on the vintage. Its typical colour is bright straw yellow with golden highlights, and it is harmonious, fresh and easy-drinking.

Domaine Chaume-Arnaud Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2025 is a white wine from the southern Rhône Valley produced by Domaine Chaume-Arnaud, an estate certified organic and biodynamic, known for fresh and highly expressive wines. The main grape varieties are Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier; the blend varies slightly depending on the cuvée, but these three varieties form the basis of the wine.
The wine is pale straw yellow with silvery highlights. It has aromas of white flowers, citrus, pear and peach, white-fleshed fruit with light honeyed notes and hints of minerality and flint. The palate is fresh and lively, with good mineral tension, a medium body with a soft, enveloping texture and a savoury, citrusy and slightly saline finish.
It is a white wine that focuses more on freshness, balance and aromatic purity than on oak richness. Vinification takes place mainly in concrete or stainless-steel tanks, without marked use of barriques, to preserve the character of the fruit and the terroir.
