FARFALLA Rosè Ballabio Noir Collection
€ 42.00
Ballabio’s “Farfalla Rosé” is a traditional-method sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. After the grapes are gently pressed, only 50% of the free-run must is used for alcoholic fermentation. The cuvée is blended by combining the base wines from the current vintage with at least 20% reserve wines, and the secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by ageing on the lees for at least 30 months, in order to achieve greater aromatic complexity, structure and elegance.
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Alcohol content: 12%
Origin: Lombardy
