The colour is a bright gold, with light coppery reflections. On the nose, it opens with sweet citrus notes that blend with mango. Sea breeze and lively notes of seaweed complete the distinctive aromatic profile. On the palate it is initially smooth, sweet and enveloping, with a touch of warmth that, in the second phase, brings out the sharp decisiveness of the spicy notes, fading into a characteristic savouriness.
