The beer presents a bright golden colour and a fine, persistent head. On the palate it offers a rich and harmonious drink, with elegant notes of honey and bread crust that support a traditional herbal and floral hopping, giving an authentically Bohemian profile.

It evokes its character, style and even its name. Its deep amber colour with reddish notes contains a bouquet of aromas ranging from caramel to dried fruit, with an inviting biscuit fragrance. A tribute to the fearless queen of English punk fashion.

The strength of diversity. This is the message we want to convey with this Blanche, the result of a local collaboration with our friends at the Leder brewery and a historic lemon grove in Gargnano. By celebrating our unique qualities, we have created a beer with the scent of summer, as only the citrus fruits of Lake Garda can release. Drink it with the same spirit that inspired us to create it: sharing a lovely summer in good company!

A low-fermentation beer in the German style, typical of Franconia. Golden in colour, it is characterised by notes of honey and bread crust. The rustic character of the selected yeast is softened by a delicate herbal hopping. Medium bitterness and easy drinking.
4.8% ABV - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Intense red colour. Delicately smoky thanks to the use of malts smoked with beech wood. Balanced with light woody notes. Medium-bodied and easy to drink.
5.2% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Deep amber in colour, it has a good body thanks to the different types of malt used. Toasted notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Fresh hop notes in the background.
5.0% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

A straw-yellow beer. Delicately sour thanks to the use of lactic acid bacteria, it is flavoured with raspberry purée and passion fruit. Refreshing and easy-drinking for hot summer days.

Light beer characterised by a pronounced bitterness, with citrus and tropical fruit notes, spiced with coriander seeds and black pepper.
4.0% alc/vol – Birrificio Campestre, Corno di Rosazzo (UD)

A Session IPA with a new-generation hop profile, gentle yet assertive, featuring tropical notes over a malt base characterised by the use of wheat, barley flakes and oat malt. A surprising mix of cereals and hops that leaves in the mouth the taste of freedom, travel and great feats, the kind celebrated in the pub.
3.5% alc/vol - Birrificio Impavida, Arco (TN)

Modern IPA brewed using a specific lager yeast strain, but fermented at higher temperatures. A 100% pils malt base, golden in colour, it is heavily hopped both hot and cold with the explosive Krush hop, which gives intense notes of citrus, guava, mango and a slightly resinous finish.

5.6% alc/vol - Birrificio Impavida, Arco (TN)

Our India Pale Ale: a beer characterised by a blend of classic and modern American hops, combining citrus and resinous notes with the tropical side of the latest-generation IPAs. All this is built on a pale malt base that gives it a body suited to supporting its hop character. Don’t be fooled by its golden colour, Chain Breaker is a true revolution. It was born to break the mould, so do the same!
6.1% alc/vol - Birrificio Impavida, Arco (TN)

It is not exactly a recognised style, but a beer brewed mainly in the northern United States using SPRUCE TIPS, which are spruce needles. The recipe aims to highlight the characteristics of spruce needles, so we chose a simple base using a single malt, a neutral yeast and a single hop, Chinook, which, with its woody and resinous character, helps support the spruce needles without overpowering them.
5.6% ABV - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Golden yellow beer with an intense colour, compact and persistent foam. It has citrus, resinous and balsamic notes. Good body that supports a pronounced hop character, including bitterness.
6.2% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

A hazy golden beer with a soft bitterness and hints of exotic fruit and berries. Fresh and easy-drinking. Brewed using a blend of English and German malts. For the hopping, we relied on the aromas of Galaxy, Solero and Idaho 7.
5.6% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Its recipe is inspired by the classics of the Craft Beer Revolution. It features a hop profile that combines modern APAs and old-school pale ales with distinctive citrus and resinous notes. With its typical amber colour, it stands out on the palate for its smoothness and balance between a hint of caramel and the contribution of the hops. Moxie means grit, the quintessence of Impavida: to be enjoyed at all times, just as a good APA should be.

Dark beer with a pronounced bitterness and toasted notes, balanced by a strong aromatic character from generous dry hopping with American hops, with predominantly citrusy aromas.
5.4% alc/vol - Birrificio Campestre, Corno di Rosazzo (UD)

Copper-coloured, this IPA-style beer is brewed using Summit, Celeia, East Kent Golding, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops. The hopping, with the East Kent Golding notes standing out, gives it fresh, balsamic aromas, with herbal and spicy notes to the fore. On the palate, the intense, pungent bitter and herbal notes are well balanced by the malty base. Dry, bitter finish. Perfect with ethnic and spicy dishes, salmon dishes and English cheeses.
6.9% alc/vol - Brooklyn Brewery (USA)

Amber in colour, slightly deep, clear. On the nose there are aromas of caramelised malt, toasted bread and a light biscuit note, with sweet hints reminiscent of pale honey. On the palate it is smooth, medium-bodied, with an initial sweetness balanced by a gentle bitterness on the finish. The drink is dry, well balanced, with carbonation at just the right level. The finish is clean, with returns of malt, biscuit and a light hint of herbal hops.
4.5% alc/vol - Arta Terme (UD)

Characterised by pleasant hop notes, this beer has a full, balanced flavour. A full-bodied beer, despite its 0.0% alcohol content.
0.0% alc/vol - Forst, South Tyrol.
