Belgian Tripel spiced with chilli. Top fermentation, with the typical honeyed and fruity notes of the style, a dry finish with persistent spicy warmth. Light body and well-hidden alcohol structure.
7.5% alc/vol - LZO Brewery, Conegliano (TV)

Pale straw in colour. It reveals intense cereal notes balanced by an elegant and well-rounded hop character. Extremely easy to drink.
4.6% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Fresh and easy-drinking with a golden yellow colour. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit are noticeable as soon as it is poured. A dry beer with a light body. Moderate bitterness.
5.2% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

The style is typical of Franconia; it is a beer of the people with a clear blonde colour, aromas of white flowers and bread crust. A moderate bitterness makes it extremely easy to drink.
4.4% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Modern IPA brewed using a specific lager yeast strain, but fermented at higher temperatures. A 100% pils malt base, golden in colour, it is heavily hopped both hot and cold with the explosive Krush hop, which gives intense notes of citrus, guava, mango and a slightly resinous finish.
5.4% ABV - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Copper-coloured, this IPA-style beer is brewed using Summit, Celeia, East Kent Golding, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops. The hopping, with the East Kent Golding notes standing out, gives it fresh, balsamic aromas, with herbal and spicy notes to the fore. On the palate, the intense, pungent bitter and herbal notes are well balanced by the malty base. Dry, bitter finish. Perfect with ethnic and spicy dishes, salmon dishes and English cheeses.
6.9% alc/vol - Brooklyn Brewery (USA)

Amber in colour, slightly deep, clear. On the nose there are aromas of caramelised malt, toasted bread and a light biscuit note, with sweet hints reminiscent of pale honey. On the palate it is smooth, medium-bodied, with an initial sweetness balanced by a gentle bitterness on the finish. The drink is dry, well balanced, with carbonation at just the right level. The finish is clean, with returns of malt, biscuit and a light hint of herbal hops.
4.5% alc/vol - Arta Terme (UD)

Characterised by pleasant hop notes, this beer has a full, balanced flavour. A full-bodied beer, despite its 0.0% alcohol content.
0.0% alc/vol - Forst, South Tyrol.
