Thanks to its perfect balance, every sip irresistibly invites the next. For an even more refreshing experience, we recommend ordering it with a slice of lime: it will enhance its liveliness and make it even more thirst-quenching.

The beer presents a bright golden colour and a fine, persistent head. On the palate it offers a rich and harmonious drink, with elegant notes of honey and bread crust that support a traditional herbal and floral hopping, giving an authentically Bohemian profile.
4.8% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

New Zealand Pils brewed for the brewery’s 5th anniversary. A malty base of a traditional German pils, lager yeast, and exclusively hopped with the delicate WAI-ITI hop from New Zealand. Gentle notes of lime, peach and apricot accompany a fresh, easy and satisfying drink.
4.8% ABV - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Intense red colour. Delicately smoky thanks to the use of malts smoked with beech wood. Balanced with light woody notes. Medium-bodied and easy to drink.

The strength of diversity. This is the message we want to convey with this Blanche, the result of a local collaboration with our friends at the Leder brewery and a historic lemon grove in Gargnano. By celebrating our unique qualities, we have created a beer with the scent of summer, as only the citrus fruits of Lake Garda can release. 5.4% alc/vol - Birrificio Campestre, Corno di Rosazzo (UD)

Gose originated in Lower Saxony in the town of Goslar, where the Gose river flows, from which it takes its name. The saltiness of the river water, derived from the nearby mineral mines, gave the beer its distinctive saline note, later echoed in Leipzig, another key city in the production and spread of this style, where salt was deliberately added. It called for up to 50/60% wheat malt, with coriander and salt added during the boil, while the fermentation process used lactic acid bacteria alongside strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

In our interpretation, we used 40% wheat malt and salt from the salt pans of Trapani. We personalised it by adding peaches and ginger to emphasise its freshness and drinkability.

A Session IPA with a new-generation hop profile, gentle yet assertive, featuring tropical notes over a malt base characterised by the use of wheat, barley flakes and oat malt. A surprising mix of cereals and hops that leaves in the mouth the taste of freedom, travel and great feats, the kind celebrated in the pub.

Our India Pale Ale: a beer characterised by a blend of classic and modern American hops, combining citrus and resinous notes with the tropical side of the latest-generation IPAs. All this is built on a pale malt base that gives it a body suited to supporting its hop character. Don’t be fooled by its golden colour, Chain Breaker is a true revolution. Fresh and easy-drinking with a golden yellow colour. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit are noticeable as soon as it is poured. A dry beer with a light body. Moderate bitterness.
5.2% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Golden yellow beer with an intense colour, compact and persistent foam. It has citrus, resinous and balsamic notes. Good body that supports a pronounced hop character, including bitterness.
6.2% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Modern double IPA with good body and a delicate bitterness. Hopped with Riwaka, Waimea, Citra and Idaho 7, it bursts with intense aromas of tropical fruit, mandarin and kumquat.
7.6% ABV - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD) - [In collaboration with Liquida]

Amber beer with a low bitterness, where the toasted and biscuit notes of the malts combine with a light spiciness of coriander seeds and cinnamon.
5.0% alc/vol - Birrificio Campestre, Corno di Rosazzo (UD)

Deep amber in colour, it has a good body thanks to the different types of malt used. Toasted notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Fresh hop notes in the background.
5.0% alc/vol - Birrificio Bondai, Sutrio (UD)

Dark beer with a pronounced bitterness and toasted notes, balanced by a strong aromatic character from generous dry hopping with American hops, with predominantly citrusy aromas.
5.4% alc/vol - Birrificio Campestre, Corno di Rosazzo (UD)

Copper-coloured, this IPA-style beer is brewed using Summit, Celeia, East Kent Golding, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops. The hopping, with the East Kent Golding notes standing out, gives it fresh, balsamic aromas, with herbal and spicy notes to the fore. On the palate, the intense, pungent bitter and herbal notes are well balanced by the malty base. Dry, bitter finish. Perfect with ethnic and spicy dishes, salmon dishes and English cheeses.
6.9% alc/vol - Brooklyn Brewery (USA)

Amber in colour, slightly deep, clear. On the nose there are aromas of caramelised malt, toasted bread and a light biscuit note, with sweet hints reminiscent of pale honey. On the palate it is smooth, medium-bodied, with an initial sweetness balanced by a gentle bitterness on the finish. The drink is dry, well balanced, with carbonation at just the right level. The finish is clean, with returns of malt, biscuit and a light hint of herbal hops.
4.5% alc/vol - Arta Terme (UD)

Born from a super international collaboration between Birra Impavida, Mister B Brewery, Edit Brewery, Canediguerra and Meckatzer Löwenbräu (a historic Bavarian brewery), Zero is the result of a truly high-quality beer: refreshing, hoppy and easy to drink, with no noticeable lack of alcohol or body. No compromise on flavour, but all the freedom of mindful drinking.

Characterised by pleasant hop notes, this beer has a full, balanced flavour. A full-bodied beer, despite its 0.0% alcohol content.
