Malvasia Puntinata (a native grape variety from Lazio) pure, aged in steel. Named after the Roman emperor whose mausoleum overlooks the vineyard. Pale straw-yellow colour with intense aroma featuring citrus notes, wildflowers, gypsum minerals, and flint.

Chardonnay fermented in French oak barrels, matured in steel. Fresh with the scent of exotic fruit and hints of hydrocarbon, straw yellow in colour with marked greenish reflections, with a flavour of exotic pulp fruit and spices and a slight aftertaste of flint.

Straw-yellow colour. Aroma reminiscent of exotic fruit and spices, mixed with a distinctive flavour of boiled chestnuts with a slight hint of laurel.

The colour is a vibrant straw yellow with musky reflections. The aroma is floral with notes of roses, carnations, nutmeg, and citrus fruits. The taste is harmonious, fresh and smooth with a lingering aftertaste.

From a selection of white-skinned grapes harvested through the late harvest process. The grapes are then left to over-ripen naturally on the vine, also encouraging noble moulds. These bring balsamic notes in contrast with a marked acidity, creating a product suitable for tasting with cheeses and cured meats.
