Cesanese in purezza DOCG. Wine made using the unique process of cryomaceration, a technique that involves cooling the must on the skins before fermentation to enhance the extraction of aromas present in the grapes. The wine is thus fresh but retains all the typical notes of red berries.

Pure Cesanese DOCG. Long maceration on skins with frequent pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in steel and subsequent ageing in a large 20hl French oak barrel for 24 months. Ruby red colour with violet reflections, aromas of blackcurrant and undergrowth. Rich and concentrated taste with spicy and fruity notes.

Pure Sangiovese aged in Slavonian barrels and French oak barriques. Ruby red with garnet highlights, with aromas of red fruit, marked marasca cherry and cherry preserved in alcohol, with frank and ample tertiary notes. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury with flavours of cherry, blackberry, black pepper spices, and aromatic herbs.

"Supertuscan" based on Syrah, Merlot and Sangiovese, aged in French oak barriques. A wine to pair with large braised dishes and medium-aged cheeses, with great maturation and longevity. Intense ruby red in colour, with garnet reflections emerging after the first five years of ageing. It exudes aromas of red fruit, cherry in spirit, blueberry and plum, with clear and ample tertiary notes, among which liquorice and clove stand out. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury with flavours of cherry, blackberry, notable black pepper and hints of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, it is fresh and savoury with flavours of cherry, blackberry, and hints of wild herbs. It is a fairly tannic and persistent wine. It has excellent body, good harmony and finesse with the typical elegance of the grape variety.

Expression of the territory with a fruity and rounded bouquet that sometimes recalls bitter almonds. The colour is deep ruby red. Valpolicella is a simple and elegant wine, easy to pair, also enjoyable as an aperitif wine accompanied by cured meats and cheeses.

From the best local grapes, wine

Wine of great prestige, it is produced by manually harvesting the best clusters in the vineyard, placing them in crates, exclusively from hillside areas. These grapes are dried, pressed, fermented and aged in barrels to ensure the classic and highly appreciated ageing typical of Amarone. A robust, full-bodied wine, the bouquet is reminiscent of cherries in syrup and liquorice. Excellent with roasts and game, ideal with mature and/or spicy cheeses. It is recommended to uncork it a few hours in advance.
